ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Covers drawing up of the project documentation, from the preliminary design as the foundation for meeting specific construction requirements, detailed design for obtaining the building permit to construction designs for the construction site.

INTERIOR DESIGN
We offer a range of services depending on the client’s needs: from basic consulting to conceptual design with the floor plan and arrangement of furniture, as well as construction design with the selection and specifications of furniture, colours, wall and floor coatings, lighting as well as shop drawings and installation drawings. We offer our investors 3D visualization in the design phase so they can form a more clear idea of the design. In addition, we can also provide the turnkey service so as to spare the inventor from going around shops and finding contractors. In that case, we offer execution of works supervision.

CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION
By elaborating the condominium conversion plan, we establish separate condominium units and common facilities of a real property as well as specify their sizes and condominium unit owners. The title to individual units and their pertaining parts (garage, storeroom, garden etc.) is clearly defined. The condominium conversion plan is the foundation for the co-ownership agreement and entry of the property in the land register.

LEGALIZATION/COUNCIL APPROVAL OF ILLEGAL BUILDINGS
Elaboration of the as-built survey of illegally built buildings or buildings with illegal additions or modifications to a property which can be seen in the digital ortophotographic chart of the State Geodetic Directorate made based on the aerial survey of the Republic of Croatia of 21 June 2011. This service includes on-site inspection with detailed property measurement and elaboration of documentation necessary for obtaining the Decision on the As-Built Status.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION
We are authorized to carry out energy performance inspection and issue Energy Performance Certificates for buildings with the simple technical building system (residential and non-residential building with the gross floor area up to 400 square meters). The Energy Performance Certificate is an official document the contents of which have been prescribed by law and which shows the energy performance properties of a house, apartment or building. Energy Performance Certificate is an obligatory document if you want to sell your real property and the owner is required by law to have it and deliver it to the buyer when selling a real property. Individual units of buildings fit for independent use which are rented or leased should also have a valid Energy Performance Certificate available for inspection to a tenant or lessee before the conclusion of the rent, lease or leasing agreement.
