On the picturesque slopes of the Sveta Nedelja hill, on the top of the lot planted with vines, we designed this vineyard cottage intended for relaxation, enjoying in the natural environment and farming the vineyard. This cottage, with its simple, unpretentious volume and outlines determined by the regional development plan, of only 40 square metres in gross floor area, has everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The basement area contains a wine cellar used for wine storage and get-togethers, and the pertaining bathroom. The ground floor houses a small hallway, small bedroom, bathroom and the living room with the kitchen and the dining room from which you exit to the longitudinally placed, covered balcony offering a panoramic view of the Sveta Nedelja hills and the city of Zagreb in the distance. Above the living room there is an open gallery with additional beds. Reinforced concrete has been used to build the basement which is clad in old brick. The ground floor and roofing are made of wood logs, allowing the cottage to fit unpretentiously into the environment surrounding it.
